Refund & Return Policy

At Kalahari Glow Co., we want you to love every purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Bodysuits worn without protection
  • Thongs
  • Intimate garments
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund depending on the situation

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or incorrectly shipped.

Please review sizing carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer returns for sizing issues.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

These include:

  • Underwear
  • Thongs
  • Intimate garments
  • Bodysuits worn without protective lining
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
